Šárka Vojáčková

Šárka Vojáčková is the founder of the Jógovna, Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher, author of the books Diary of a Modern Yogini and Diary of a Yoga Mother and, most importantly, a mother of two daughters. The reason she opened Jogovna years ago and still puts a lot of energy into it daily is the desire to create a meeting place and to reconnect from the heart. To ourselves and to each other.

Jivamukti Open

The open Jivamukti Yoga class presents the classic teachings of yoga for the modern person to practice on and off the mat. Each month we draw from the essay Theme of the Month, which is combined with singing and harmonium playing; breath work, flowing and thoughtful vinyasa-style sequences, a carefully selected and packed playlist, postural assists, relaxation and meditation. All this makes Jivamukti Yoga classes what they are. Deep and playful at the same time, with the sole aim of achieving Yoga as a state.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior

Lessons for those who don't have much time for their practice. The lesson is fast-paced, which will wake you up and get you in shape. It is structured as a steady practice with a specific sequence of postures and breaths in vinyasa style. It includes a warm-up section (Magic Ten set), chanting of mantras, intention setting, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, rotations, forward and backward bends, inverted postures, a short meditation and relaxation at the end. All this in one hour!

Jivamukti Basic

Classes for beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of individual asanas. Each week is dedicated to one topic and certain asanas, which are discussed in depth. The topics and asanas are fixed by the Jivamukti method and are taught globally in the order of standing postures, forward bends, backbends and finally turning upside down and putting it all together.

Jivamukti ICP

An In-Class Private™️ (ICP) may be the best yoga class you’ve ever taken. During your regular group class, another teacher individually assists you throughout, refining and adding depth to your practice. In the hands of a certified Jivamukti teacher, you are comfortably guided through each and every movement of the class experience.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic class that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement to calm the nervous system and tune into inner peace. Throughout the class, the poses build on each other (flow), lasting for a few breaths and together forming a coherent sequence. Of course there is a calming down towards the end and a final relaxation, shavasana.

Phyzio Flow Yoga

A lesson for all, led by an experienced physiotherapist, which will harmonise not only the musculoskeletal system, but also the vascular, lymphatic and nervous systems. The lesson will also lead you to a more favourable posture and more optimal movement patterns, which can lead to changes in the alignment of the pelvis, chest and head in relation to each other, which in turn affects the alignment of the entire spine.

Jivamukti Restore & Renew

A class of restorative and yin yoga postures accompanied by a short chanting session with harmonium, pranayama (breath work) and one restorative inverted pose at the end of the class as a period to help calm you down before relaxing. Recommended for all as a means of calming or compensating for a dynamic practice.

Jin Yoga

A very relaxing style of yoga in which passive postures are taken and the body is relaxed, stretched and opened using the aids and the power of gravity. The class is recommended to all for its calming effect, as a relaxation or as a complement to a dynamic practice.

Gravid Yoga

Gentle yoga exercises for moms-to-be to help find stability in a gradually changing body with attention to proper spinal alignment, building leg, arm and back strength, stretching the most stressed areas, relieving back pain and preparing the hips and pelvic area. Using breathing and relaxation techniques we will seek the calmness that is so important at this time of life.
