Ready to finally nail the inversions and arm balances that have been eluding you? Come improve your practice with the Prague Yoga Collective in cooperation with Jogovna. This is PYC's first workshop with all three of the girls together. Betti, Alex, and Lisa each have a different approach to difficult postures which will give you a well-rounded set of techniques and information to work with.
Arm balances and inversions are a fun part of yoga practice that will help you to build strength, improve balance, and increase mental focus. Learn the essentials to help you soar in inversions and feel confident in arm balances. Take this workshop and explore the foundations and key alignment principles of beginning arm balance poses and inversions in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we’ll work on preparatory poses which help build your core & shoulder strength, flexibility and balance needed for these fun and challenging poses. The steps that you will practice to reach each pose will be broken down and demonstrated.
In this vigorous and alignment focused class, students will break-down the key elements of several common but challenging yoga poses seen in many vinyasa sequences. Featured poses include:
Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana)
Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana)
Crow (Bakasana)
One-legged arm balance (Eka Pada Koundinyasana B)
Please note that there will be limited capacity for this workshop to keep some space for individual approach to each student.
*** Workshop bude veden v anglickém jazyce. V nejnutnějším případě mohou být některé části přeloženy do češtiny, ovšem upozorňujeme, že na to nebude dostatečný prostor. ***

STORNO PODMÍNKY: Po přihlášení na akci v rezervačním systému je nutné do 5 pracovních dnů zaplatit nevratnou zálohu ve výšce 50%. Pokud nebude částka připsána na účet studia, vaše rezervace bude automaticky smazána a místo bude uvolněno. Pokud se klient na zvolený kurz/workshop nemůže dostavit a řádně se včas neomluví (t.j. 14 dní dopředu před začátkem kurzu), je studio oprávněno akci účtovat v plné výši. Své místo však lze převést na jinou osobou.
Přihlášením v rezervačním systému souhlasíte se storno podmínkami.

BETTI ROMPOS:
Betti combines flexibility with strength for a thoroughly integrated yoga experience. Her background in dance shines through as she floats from posture to posture and inspires you to do the same. Her detail-oriented attention to alignment ensures you'll be put into a proper and safe posture every time.
ALEX RODONI:
Alex brings dynamic repetitive movements to her teaching that promote breath/movement synchronization and allow your muscles to lengthen and strengthen progressively. Her small, repetitive drills will give you the practice in technique that will leave you upside down and balancing on your hands.
LISA WAKENSHAW:
Lisa is an experienced teacher who has been teaching yoga around the world for 12 years. She is trained in many different yoga styles that have broadened her teaching skills and deepened her own personal practice. She has a soft intensity about her that allows you to guide yourself into difficult postures pressure free.
